In the current wave of technological innovation, and in active response to CIMC Group's strategic initiatives, while commemorating the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, the CIMC Qingdao Base has quickly taken action. It plans to launch a series of events themed "AI Empowers Youth, Technology Ignites Dreams," with a focused effort on stimulating the innovative potential of young employees and enhancing their understanding and application of cutting-edge technologies such as AI.
On the afternoon of April 10, the training room at CIMC Qingdao Base was filled with a vibrant atmosphere as the highly anticipated "AI Learning Big Classroom" commenced right on schedule. Wang Siyuan from the Enterprise Management Department, serving as the instructor, delivered a knowledge-packed session based on solid professional expertise and rich practical experience.
At the beginning of the course, Wang Siyuan did not dive directly into theoretical explanations. Instead, through interactive questions, she encouraged everyone to think about what AI tools exist in their daily lives and the various scenarios where AI is applied, quickly capturing the attention of the young employees present.
Subsequently, during the case-sharing session, Wang Siyuan adopted a step-by-step approach, breaking down complex AI technical knowledge into easily understandable content. She illustrated real-world applications of AI in daily work scenarios, allowing participants to more clearly grasp the close connection between AI and their own jobs. The atmosphere throughout the session was lively, with active participation from the young employees, demonstrating their strong eagerness to learn new knowledge.
As the session neared its end, Wang Siyuan summarized and reviewed the key points, encouraging everyone to actively think about how to apply AI in their daily work to improve efficiency and innovate work methods. This learning session not only broadened the technological horizons of the young employees but also laid a solid foundation for their participation in the follow-up series of innovative activities.
Following this session, CIMC Qingdao Base will continue to carry out a series of activities under the theme "AI Empowers Youth, Technology Ignites Dreams" in line with the Group's requirements. At the end of April, we will host the AI Creative Writing Competition initiated by the Group, encouraging young employees to create works centered on innovative applications of AI in work and daily life. In early May, the Group will hold the CIMC Youth Seminar, inviting industry experts and internal key personnel to discuss technological trends and professional development. By late October, the Group will launch an innovation competition, where participants are required to apply AI technologies to solve real business challenges.
