On the afternoon of April 7, 2025, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-Collar Worker" customized training class, jointly established by CIMC Group and Qingdao Technical College, was held grandly. Attendees included Song Xianghua, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Qingdao West Coast New Area Party Working Committee, Party Secretary and Director of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; He Jin, General Manager of the Human Resources Department of CIMC Group; Peng Jianbin, Assistant General Manager of Qingdao CIMC Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Ding Yi, Assistant General Manager of Qingdao CIMC Refrigerated Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Xing Guanglu, President of the college; Liu Hong and Zhu Yanxi, Vice Presidents; as well as representatives from the Employment Office (School-Enterprise Cooperation), the Haier College, and all teachers and students of the customized training class.

At the opening ceremony, Director Song Xianghua extended warm congratulations in his speech on the in-depth collaboration between the enterprise and the institution, emphasizing that this customized program was a exemplary initiative of "integrating industry and education for collaborative innovation." President Xing Guangzhu warmly congratulated the inauguration of the "Intelligent Manufacturing Blue-Collar" specialized class. The school will focus on industry demands, fully leverage its professional strengths, keep pace with industrial development trends, and prioritize local growth. Based on the actual conditions of the industry, region, and the school itself, it will collaborate with CIMC Group to explore new models of industry-education integration for cultivating frontline skilled talents in intelligent manufacturing. Student representative Liu Yu, on behalf of all trainees, expressed gratitude to the school and CIMC Group for establishing such a learning platform. He stated that the students would study diligently, apply their knowledge, and grow into skilled talents who meet the needs of industrial development.Both the school and the enterprise signed a cooperation agreement, while the school, the enterprise, and the students jointly signed a training and employment intention agreement. The "Skilled Blue-Collar" project was then inaugurated, and CIMC Group donated 300,000 RMB on-site to the school. In return, the school presented appointment letters to corporate mentors.Finally, the attending guests visited the Shandong Craftsmen Academy and the Haier Smart Building Global Service Academy.
